The Rules of the Organization and Operation of the Disciplinary Committee and the Disciplinary Re-examination Committee for Bookkeeper and Tax Return Filing Agents<br> Article　1

Content：

These Rules are prescribed pursuant to the provisions set out in paragraph 5 of Article 35 of the Certified Public Bookkeepers Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and are applicable by mutatis mutandis application of the provisions of Article 32 of the Act.
