The futures transactions tax rate in foreign exchange futures contracts offered by Taiwan Futures Exchange

Issuance of Decree No. 10700511940 by the Ministry of Finance on 22 January 2018

Article 0
1. The futures transactions tax rate in foreign exchange futures contracts offered by Taiwan Futures Exchange shall be one-millionth (1/1,000,000), which comes into force on 22 January 2018.
2. Abolition of Decree No. 10404605290 on 20 July 2015 and No. 10504670480 on 4 November 2016 by the Ministry of Finance, which come into force on 22 January 2018.
