Certified Public Bookkeepers Act
Article　23

Content：

The directors and supervisors on the board of directors of a certified public bookkeepers association at any level shall serve a term of office of four (4) years, and the number of directors of each session eligible for re-election shall not exceed one half (1/2) of the total authorized number thereof; and the chairman of the board of directors may be eligible for re-election for one additional term of office only.
