Content：

In the event that a certified public bookkeeper subject to disciplinary action disagrees with the resolution against him/her adopted by the CPBDC, he/she may, within twenty (20) days from the date following the date of service of said minutes of resolution to him/her, file a re-examination application attached with a statement of reasons with the CPBDRC.
